We provide primary healthcare services through an inexpensive monthly subscription. Your monthly subscription covers:

Here are some of the questions we get most often.
What does a Haven Direct Health membership provide to me and my family?
Your Haven membership fee covers primary healthcare visits with no additional cost (no copay or deductible). Additionally, Haven members have access to near-wholesale pharmacy, point of care diagnostics, and lab services . Thanks to our subscription model, we can do all of this very inexpensively!
What are Haven’s hours of operation? Does Haven have walk-in appointments?
Haven members have access to face-to-face appointments and technology consultations during extended hours (including evenings), 7 days a week. Google makes us list set hours, so our doors are open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Can Haven treat my emergency?
Haven Direct Health is not an emergency medical provider. If your life or health is at immediate risk, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
However, we can treat many non-life-threatening conditions, such as simple wounds (even those requiring stitches) or sudden illnesses on a same-day appointment or walk-in basis. We can also help you build a healthy lifestyle that will decrease the chances you’ll suddenly end up in the E.R

Does Haven work with employers and businesses?
Of course! Providing your employees with a Haven Direct Health membership is the highest-impact employee benefit in Fremont County! We’d love to partner with you to build a happy, healthy workforce.
How much does a Haven Direct Health subscription cost?
A Haven Direct Health membership costs about the same as a cup of coffee per day! In many cases, the savings offered by our inexpensive wholesale prescriptions and labs more than pays for member’s subscription fees.
Will a Direct Health Care membership change any of my current insurance benefits?
No. Your current insurance benefits will remain the same, including Medicare, Medicaid, IHS and VA.
Will Haven Direct Health bill my insurance?
No. Not dealing with insurance companies allows us to keep our costs down and focus on you and your medical needs. If you happen to have health insurance that will reimburse you for services provided by Haven Direct Health, you can submit those claims to your insurance company yourself.
